Clearly if a dog has been abused - frightened or subject to serious accident or illness then it may have behaviour problems which will be difficult to modify and expert help should be sort..

Bichons don't have inherent behaviour problems - what they do have is a beguiling manner which lets them get away with things that are often  cute and forgiven as puppies but is perceived as a problem once the dog has been allowed to do it for months or years. Remember that they are DOGS.
